A Gift for My Readers this Christmas Eve

Two years ago, my family was without a church on Christmas Eve (or anytime, for that matter). Friends of ours were also 'church orphans', but we all desired to gather together on the eve of the celebration of our Lord's birth to worship, fellowship, and hear the Word proclaimed.

With a little help from iMovie, YouTube, and Vimeo, I created the following short video for us to gather together and watch. It contains carols, clips from the movie The Nativity Story, and a brief Christmas message from Pastor John MacArthur. I also created an accompanying program with song lyrics, etc., that can be accessed here.

This video is not perfect, and it certainly is no substitute for an actual church service. Nonetheless, I pray it glorifies our Lord and blesses you through its message. I share it with you now for your edification.

Merry Christmas.

  1. We couldn't go to our church's Christmas Eve service, so my husband and I greatly appreciated this. Thank you so much for bringing a service to us! Merry Christmas and God bless you richly.

    1. Debbie,
It was such a blessing to me to read your comment on Christmas Eve! I pray you had a very Merry Christmas, dear sister!

  2. This is wonderful. Thank you for sharing.
