  1. Sounds just the same as the tired, old charasmatic garbage being hawked on the unsaved for years. Being filled with the Holy Spirit is never something that we request (read 'demand'). It is a command with promise Luke 24:49 & Acts 1:4-8. It is 'wait and receive' not 'beg or demand'. Conveniently left out of the equation are the other commands of the Lord Jesus like "Repent and believe" and "you must be born again". They skip over that as if it is unnecessary and not to be desired and jump right to the big flashly "experience". An experience readily supplied to any who ask for it by the wicked one himself. Those who KNOWINGLY teach this to the unknowing and unsuspecting are blaspheming the Holy Spirit, plain and simple.

  2. Wow -- so when did Keith Green come back from the dead, and why wasn't this more widely reported?

  3. EBenz, I found a website blog that has a lot on it about Jesus Culture.

This is your blog and so I don't want to promote other people's blogs on it. I'm posting their site to you so you can check it out if you have some time and maybe find some things YOU might want to post or read on Jesus Culture.

You don't have to post this. I'm just sharing with you

  4. When dealing with people, remember you are not dealing with creatures of logic, but creatures of emotion. ~Dale Carnegie

".... Culture" learned that very well.

Please keep it pithy (in other words, if your comment is long enough to be its own blog post, don't bother), pertinent (please don't go off-topic), and respectful (to the author, to the other readers, and to the subject of the post). If you can't do that, your comment will not be posted.

If you haven't already, please read the Comment Policy in its entirety.
