Pray then like this:The best part about all this contemplation? It will bring unity. Not just among "Christians" but among all people of all faiths. This is a New Age wolf in Christian/Catholic mystic sheep's clothing. If anything even remotely similar to this is going on at your church, RUN. Run straight to God's Word and ask Him to show you the Truth, because anybody who is practicing contemplative prayer is engulfed in gross deception and error.

A Most Peaceful Deception
I first saw this video earlier this week over at the Watcher's Lamp. It is a brief, but revealing look into contemplative/centering prayer. If this doesn't terrify you, it should. These people believe that they are practicing something Christian when it is anything but. While it may appear peaceful and calm, contemplative or centering prayer is not a biblical concept at all.
