Sunday Morning Praise

In honor of Thanksgiving week, I thought I'd post "Give Thanks with a Grateful Heart." I admit, it's not the deepest, most profound song. And it's basically two lines repeated over and over, but it was stuck in my head last night and it seemed appropriate for the holiday! In the end, let us not forget to give thanks, not just for the many blessings He's given us, but for the ultimate gift, Jesus Christ! Thank you God, for your Son and thank you, Jesus, for the cross!

Because I can never leave you with a simple chorus, here is the beautiful hymn "O God, Our Help in Ages Past" written by Isaac Watts (I love the scenery in this video!). Let us remember these truths as our country continues to push itself further and further away from the God it once loved.
